GORDO is the house-fueled, genre-bending alias of internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Diamanté Blackmon. After dominating the global dance scene under the name Carnage, GORDO emerged from a desire to go deeper—both musically and spiritually—into the underground. What followed was a global shift in sound, energy, and attitude.

Blurring the lines between Latin culture and electronic music, GORDO has quickly become a force in house and techno, delivering euphoric, high-energy sets at festivals like Coachella, Tomorrowland, and his own TARAKA events across the world. His production credits include six tracks on Drake’s Honestly, Nevermind, a landmark co-sign that cemented his sound on a global stage.

In 2024, GORDO released DIAMANTE, a personal and percussive project paying homage to his roots and the sounds that shaped his identity, featuring songs with Drake, Feid, Maluma, T-Pain, Leon Bridges and more. Shortly after, he followed it up with NO HAY VERANO SIN GORDO—a bold, summer-dominating statement that brought the heat to dance floors from Ibiza to Latin America with songs featuring Emilia, Bad Gyal, Eladio Carrion, Sfera Ebasta, and MC GW. Each project pushes boundaries, rejecting the expected in favor of raw rhythm, movement, and culture.
